Now is as good as ever to talk about how fun it is hearing a 16 month old learn to talk. Alayna repeats EVERYTHING...she sings LOUDLY and cracks us up every time she wants to say something. She is particularly funny when she says something, and we don't answer her right away, she will SCREAM to repeat herself just so she is heard. We have come up with a table to keep track of all the words she is saying, so here goes:

Ahh...that's so fun! I love that she says "Elmo!" Our little guy, Ben (just turned 2 in June), LOVES Elmo. It's so cute to hear him say it. He's actually a little delayed in his speech and started therapy a few weeks ago. He's doing better all the time, and it's so fun to hear his little voice. Oh -- and he's a big-time screamer, too!
